She feels a large amount of gratification for she is now able to touch her sister without the worries of accidentally harming her; that in itself just goes to prove how powerful love is in this context. With this simple affectionate gesture, she felt herself thaw, in the very essence of the word.
“Fortunately, I am free for the entire day,“ she replies, brow raising with unmasked amusement as she gazes at Anna. “And yourself? Did you have anything planned?" Elsa asks, mainly because it is proper to return such an inquiry, and partly because she is indeed curious.

Wonderful! A whole day with Elsa. Anna thought. It wasn’t to say that they rarely spend time with the other, but with Queen Elsa’s royal duties, Anna sometimes had to restrain herself from making requests (that could be deemed childish by other people) to her sister.
She held her sister tightly, as if she was afraid to let go. Anna had always been affectionate with people, and she really hoped that her sister wouldn’t mind. Plus, that would be the most logical thing to do if you spent so many years without seeing your sister.
❝So they won’t mind if I borrow you for a while?❞ Truthfully, even Anna wondered who she meant by ‘them’, well, guess they would be those people who find Anna’s presence distracting when she’s around Elsa. ❝I’m free, actually, so… that means we can have fun, right?❞
