                     Elsa liked to define normal days as curling up against her window and reading a good novel — preferably something contemporary by David Levithan or John Green, maybe something classic of Jane Austen or Mark Twain; it didn’t matter really, as long as she got peace of mind, and a good book to read. These days, such normal days are scarce; with the attention her recent movie was getting, along with the nominations for various awards, it was sheer respect for the people of the industry that she hadn’t shut her phone off whenever they called. If acting and performing hadn’t been something that Elsa truly loved, she wouldn’t have dreamed of getting fifty phone calls in an hour, all about scheduling interviews and photoshoots and whatnot.

           But if there was something she missed about filming Frozen, it was her cast mates. Sure, the attention the movie was getting was flattering, and the award nominations were overwhelming, however the only time the entire cast had been able to contact each other since the film’s wrapping up was various appearances and promotional propaganda for the movie — and even with that, not the whole cast had been present. Sometimes Elsa found herself looking back to the days on set and sighing; she could only hope that Hans and Anna and Kristoff and everybody had missed her just as much as she missed them.

             The sound of the doorbell being rang snapped her out of her reverie — in good time, might she add; she’d been reading the Fault in Our Stars for the past hour in preparation for the movie she recalled meeting Shailene once; lovely woman, that one and was near tears as she flipped through the sixteenth chapter. Blinking her tear-brimmed eyes, the blonde stretched a bit before heading downstairs and going towards the door.

                                       Strange — I haven’t known of any visitors today.

              She was in for a present surprise, though, for the face that greeted her as she opened the door was one that though unexpected, was more than welcome in her home.Anna!“ the actress grinned, taking a step forward to hug the co-star she’d grown closest to on set.

               “It’s been so long, how are you? Come in!

『☀』▌—;;

          All of Anna’s nervousness diminished once the door was open. Elsa stood in front of her–casual, without any make-up but still looking nice (Anna wished she could pull of the same look). She was glad that Elsa was home; with her character being so famous and incredibly well-received, Elsa’s presence was especially in demand everywhere. Anna was happy she could still have some quiet time for herself and it had always been a question to her as to how Elsa managed to keep herself composed and down-to-earth.

          It wasn’t shocking for Anna when Elsa moved forward to hug her.

          The last time they hugged wasn’t after they finished wrapping up shooting, they hugged many times during press conferences, premieres, and even during their interviews; that was why Anna had always been familiar with Elsa’s hugs–but it doesn’t mean that she hadn’t missed them. They were always warm, not at all like one to come from an ice queen.

          Elsa was the closest thing she has to a sister. Born with a lot of brothers, Anna never knew how it was to have a sister. They enjoyed spending time together, bonding throughout the course of filming and Anna loved the experience. What’s better was how they still kept in touch and both of them were still up-to-date with each other’s status.

          Anna hugged her co-star back, grinning in the process. How nice it was to meet her! It was like meeting an old friend you haven’t seen for many years (granted, the filming did happen about a year ago). When they broke apart from the hug, Anna still had the childish grin on her face.

          "Surprise!” the redhead giggled. “Bet you didn’t see me coming, huh, Elsa? I’m not interrupting anything, am I?”
