They came in varying shapes, sizes, and thickness of fur. Anna looked at them as if her eyes were glued to them permanently; her attention was undivided. Earlier, Anna had tried counting the amount of creatures with wagging tails that were rushing near, but she lost count after 15 (embarrassing number, yes, but Anna got distracted). However, she was pretty sure that they were nearing about 50 by now. It seemed like the flood wasn’t stopping any second.
❝I know, right? This actually scares me a little.❞

If only she could find a way to stop her legs from shaking and wobbling before her skates even touched the ice! Anna tried finding a way to maneuver into the ice as Elsa had been waiting since… how long? 10, 15 minutes, maybe?
No matter how much Anna wants it, her grip on the tree’s branch was so strong that she could feel her fingers turning white and numb. No amount of determination was enough to make her release the grip for Anna knew she would only fall. Unlike her sister who gracefully strode along the ice, Anna would consider herself lucky if she could even stand up.
But Anna was the one who asked Elsa to do something together. Anna was wasting those precious seconds, and the thought of Elsa waiting until the sun sets just because Anna wouldn’t go into the ice was too embarrassing for Anna to bear. So she sighed and let go of the branch, only to find that the ice was different from the ones Elsa usually conjured. This one was more slippery and Anna could hear a loud thud that came from the fall she took. She rubbed her side in pain.
Elsa laughed uncontrollably, Anna joined the laughter before she quickly stopped and frowned.
❝Adorable?❞ the redhead raised her eyebrows. ❝Excuse me. I think you’re also missing the part where I’m very deadly.❞
